Early Life

Rajesh Hamal was born to parents, Chuda Bahadur Hamal and Renu Hamal. His family background did not have direct ties to the film
industry. Raised in Palpa, he completed his schooling there before moving to Kathmandu for further studies.  

Education and Early Career

Rajesh Hamal pursued his higher education in India, obtaining a Master's degree in English Literature from Chandigarh. His initial career interests were not in acting; he aspired to become a chartered accountant. However, destiny had other plans for him.  

Entry into Acting

Rajesh Hamal's entry into the film industry happened by chance. While in India, he got involved in theater and modeling. His striking
looks and charisma caught the attention of filmmakers. He made his debut in Nepali cinema with the film "Yug Dekhi Yug Samma" in 1989, marking the beginning of his prolific acting career.

Rajesh Hamal quickly rose to fame, becoming one of the most sought-after actors in Nepali cinema. His versatility in portraying diverse roles contributed to his success. Over the years, he has been part of numerous critically acclaimed and commercially successful films, earning accolades for his performances.
